What you’ll be doing
* Be a member of the Paragon Development Finance Credit Committee, ensuring that the Credit Approval process runs smoothly and within the Banks Risk appetite
* Assist in the documenting of Facility Letters post Credit Approval and perform Due Diligence on Credit Approved facilities prior to draw down
* Sign off on monthly build draw down requests following a review of Project Monitoring Surveyors reports
* Participate in monthly Loan Review meetings, auditing Loan Review contents and reviewing the Development Finance lending portfolio
* Work with Compliance, the IRB Project team, Financial Crime, and other departments to ensure that we comply with all relevant Paragon Bank and industry regulations
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
* A strong background in Credit and UK Residential Property Development
* Familiarity with Banking, IRB, GDPR and AML regulation
* Strong interpersonal skills, analytical and verbal reasoning skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
