About Your New Career
* You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement and aftercare
* You’ll proactively source and interview high-quality candidates
* You’ll take ownership for winning new business and grow existing client accounts
* You’ll deliver tailored staffing solutions and exceptional service to all clients & candidates
* You’ll ensure compliance, accuracy and strong CRM management
* You’ll maintain strong client and candidate relationships
About You
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment
* Strong business development and client management skills
* Confident managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment
* Highly organised, target-driven and relationship-focused
* Full UK driving licence
