JOB TITLE: Team Supervisor (Operations) Location: Luton Job Type: Permanent Salary: £22 per hour w/ Van and Fuel Card Daniel Owen is recruiting a Team Supervisor (Operations) to lead and coordinate responsive repairs and maintenance teams within Housing & Technical Services. You'll ensure works are completed safely, on time and to high standards, with a focus on quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. Role Overview Lead and organise maintenance operations, supervise craft/trade staff and contractors, and ensure responsive repairs are delivered within contractual requirements and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Manage daily team operations and workload planning Allocate work and monitor performance to meet targets and service levels Conduct site inspections and quality checks Oversee materials, time sheets and reporting Provide guidance to contractors and team members Identify defects and recommend corrective actions Requirements Experience supervising maintenance or trades teams Good planning, organisational and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving ability Competent IT skills Knowledge of building standards and health & safety Willingness to travel, attend meetings and work outside normal hours if needed Desirable Building trade qualification or equivalent experience How to Apply Interested candidates should apply with their CV via the advert or send directly to us.
