Assembler
£22,222.20 p/a, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Full-time, Permanent, 28 days holiday (increasing with service), Pay increases with training, Discretionary annual bonus scheme.
The Role
We are pleased to be working with a manufacturing company that are seeking someone at the start of their career, and interested in assembly or production based work. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a small, closeknit team within a well established business, and learn on the job with ongoing training and development.
Key responsibilities include:
Assemblingand testing products
Managing stock levels, conducting stock takes and preparing goods for shipping
Maintaining accurate production records
Using power tools and equipment safely
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided. This role involves manual handling, and candidates must be able to lift up to 25kg. This would be an ideal role for a candidate that has completed college and is interested in manual work, or suit someone who has just started working as a Production Operative, Assembly Technician, or Manufacturing Assistant.

Package
£22,222.20 per annum with structured pay increases based on training completion.
Discretionary annual bonus scheme
28 days holiday, increasing with service.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1-hour lunch, 15-minute break)
Full training provided.
