Role Responsibilities
You will support the Senior Site Manager through delivery to phased handovers in 2027 and 2028.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overall support and management of the project team
* Subcontract Management
* Overview and support of design coordination
* Construction methodology and programme - creation of short-term programmes
* Ensuring smooth, timely and efficient site operationsMaintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance
Required
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within a major / regional contracting organisation
* Track record of working on large-scale projects valued at £20m+
* Strong project team management skills
* Demonstrable focus, drive and leadership capability
* Experience working on public sector schemes under NEC contracts (highly advantages)
