About the Role

Key Responsibilities

* To manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
* To handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
