Purpose:
Reports to the Head of Teaching, Learning and Quality, leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and systems across the college group.
Oversight of internal and external quality assurance activities, supporting teams to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and regulatory standards.
Supporting relevant quality audits, investigations into maladministration and malpractice, and the implementation of action plans for improvement.
Analyse and report on relevant quality and student experience data, ensuring that both student voice and quality assurance inform decision-making and enhance outcomes.
Skills/Experience:
Good understanding of quality assurance and its importance within Further Education
Experience of use of Microsoft applications
Experience in analysing and reporting data, with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to ensure accuracy in data recording and reporting.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and produce results to tight timescales
Qualifications:
Level 2 or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
