We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team on a permanent, part-time basis (25 hours per week) 9.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. hours are flexible, but we do need you in the office 5 days a week at our Wherstead Road location in Ipswich. You will be responsible for: - * Managing the purchase ledger * Processing sales invoices and customer payments * Handling company credit card expense forms and resolve queries * Coordinating merchant rebate payments * Providing occasional telephone cover for the Customer Service team Ideal candidate will have: - * At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts role * Strong IT and communication skills * AAT/bookkeeping qualification (advantage but not essential) * A team player with excellent attention to detail Salary / Benefits :- * Salary: £17,700 per year * Annual bonus scheme * 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 22 after probation) * On-site parking * Supportive team culture and a good work-life balance with flexible part-time hours
