We currently have an exciting opportunity for a London based Regional Manager to manage the provision of security & business support services to clients within the region ensuring specific contract and Company performance targets, both financial and operational, are consistently met and/or exceeded. Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships is essential, as is the ability to keep up to date with market changes and opportunities such that Corps Security is retanied as the security provider of choice to our customers. Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels. Excellent Numeracy & IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Be reponsible for all operational colleagues and have a full understanding of the functions covered; Security Guarding, Electronic Solutions, Key Holding, Post Room and general business support Drive performance indicators within the branch on TrackTik Management Visits, EDOB, Portal KPIs, DM activity, Site Docs, Open Posts etc Liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review & record contract performance, agree budgets and ensure quality standards are consistently maintained To be responsible for resource levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events Through direct site visits and/or via the Contract/Duty Managers - via TrackTik, ensure the safety & well-being of both customer staff & Corps colleagues are maintained Ensure compliance of key contract information and customer files Ensure all monthly meetings are planned with all clients and both KPI and meeting meetings are completed Ensure Financial Analysis of Branch P&L takes place on a regular basis and responding to Financial Queries and resolution to poor performing contracts, in conjunction with the Divisional Director Lead, manage and motvate direct reports including goal setting, performance reviews appraisals, coaching & development *Please Note: These are the key elements of the role and a full Job Description will be provided during interview stage* Diversity is important to Corps Security; we believe that each individual has unique talents to contribute to the business.
