We’d love to have you on the team because you’re a caring, can-do professional who genuinely wants to make life better for vulnerable West Aussies. You’re the kind of person who lights up a room, connects easily with others, and finds joy in helping people who’ve experienced tough times like homelessness or financial hardship.

This isn’t your typical aged care role – far from it. It’s real, people-first work that’s all about creating comfort, connection, and confidence for our amazing clients. Sure, there are challenges now and then, but your positive energy, calm nature, and sense of purpose help you take it all in stride.

Whether you’re providing personal care, helping around the house, or getting someone out and about to a social or community activity, you know who to fine tune and tailor your support to what each person needs.

You’ll report into our Support at Home Service Manager and bring your vibrant, tenacious, and customer-focused self to everything you do.

A day on the job will see you:

Help older community members stay connected through outings and meaningful activities.

Assist at home with cleaning, shopping, transport, meal prep and more, always tailored to the client’s care plan.

Provide respectful personal care like showering, dressing, and mobility support to help clients feel their best.

Support medication routines and accompany clients to medical appointments, keeping health on track.

Keep clear, accurate notes so everyone’s in the loop.

Encourage independence and confidence every step of the way.

What makes you a great fit:

You’ve spent time working in home care and genuinely enjoy supporting older people.

You hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care

It is second nature for you to anticipate what client's need

People love your warm, caring nature and your ability to connect

You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and you know how to keep documentation clear, accurate, and up to date.

What’s in it for you?
