Role Responsibilities
* Acting as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and other personal tax clients
* Providing strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and residency matters
* Overseeing the preparation and review of complex personal tax returns and computations
* Mentoring and developing the tax team to ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence
* Managing and growing the personal tax portfolio by building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new business
* Working collaboratively with other senior team members to provide integrated solutions across all service lines
* Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining a high standard of technical knowledge
* Leading tax advisory projects, including HMRC investigations, succession planning, and other ad hoc assignments

Candidate Requirements
* CTA qualification or an equivalent professional tax qualification
* A proven track record as a thought leader in tax consultancy, with strong technical expertise
* Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly
* Leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring staff
* A proactive approach to business development and a focus on achieving growth targets
