We are currently partnered with a client considered a leader in their sector, with significant investment in Salesforce as their central data source. Salesforce is split across two internal orgs, each focusing on different business areas, and they are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to focus on one of these orgs.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will take full ownership of the Service Cloud function, working with the latest Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce. Focus areas include Service Cloud Voice (SCV), AI integrations, and automation solutions such as chatbots and AI prompts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure Salesforce Service Cloud hands-on.
* Configure Salesforce Service Voice.
* Implement AI features within Service Cloud.
* Gather and analyze business requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
* Develop automation using Flows.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
* Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.
* Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
* Knowledge of AI tools within Salesforce.
* Ability to gather requirements and build solutions.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to adopt new Salesforce innovations.
* Remote work with monthly office visits.
