We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as the Repairs Coordinator. In this role, you will be working closely with the team of tradesmen and overseeing their schedules. Candidates ideally should have experience in reactive maintenance scheduling and have a passion for customer service.
The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing the schedule of the Property One operatives involved in reactive and planned maintenance. This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively.
The Repairs Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of repairs, minimising downtime of operatives and optimising resource allocation.
Daily tasks will include:
* Manage the daily schedules, communicate with operatives for updates and ensure operatives always have jobs allocated.
* Speaking with tenants and clients over the phone and via email to schedule in work.
* Sorting through lists of jobs to ensure updates are received, partially completed jobs are followed up, and clients are being communicated with daily.
* Monitor jobs to ensure planned and responsive repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ordering materials where required to ensure jobs run smoothly.
