Your new role As Project Development & Implementation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from initial concept and business case development through to implementation and benefits realisation. You'll work closely with clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to shape service transformation, manage complex change, and ensure alignment with regional policy and strategic responsibilities include: Developing robust business cases in line with public sector appraisal standards. Leading project planning, procurement, implementation, and risk management. Managing stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners. Overseeing benefits realisation and post-project evaluation. Providing leadership to project teams and contributing to organisational development. What you'll need to succeed A relevant degree or professional qualification with at least 3 years in a senior project or management role, or 5 years' experience in project development/management including 3 years at a senior level. A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP). Proven experience in managing complex projects using structured methodologies. Demonstrated ability to develop and present business cases. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
