Overview
Jewellery retail is all about great product knowledge. As a Store Supervisor, you bring that knowledge to life, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving targets, maximising sales, and sharing expertise with customers.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a role model of customer service for team members.
* Achieve sales targets and maximise sales performance.
* Provide product expertise to customers, explaining origins and features of jewellery and timepieces.
* Assist store management, especially coaching new team members.
* Help new staff settle in, develop product knowledge, and grow retail skills.
Qualifications
* Retail or customer‑service experience.
* Strong communication skills and confident, outgoing personality to build rapport.
* Ambitious and motivated to take the next step into management.
* Ability to sell and articulate product features.
