We're currently working with an independent supplier of ventilation and heat recovery equipment, the company focuses on providing the latest innovations in the industry. They're are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HVAC Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for existing customers, providing essential support and guidance. This is a hands-on position that blends technical expertise with customer service and a collaborative, can-do attitude. You will be instrumental in ensuring their customers receive excellent service, from initial quoting through to after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and support to customers on HVAC systems and products.
Prepare and manage customer quotations.
Handle after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team on a variety of tasks, including administrative and basic warehouse duties.
Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Required Skills and Experience:
A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Background in Physics and Mathematics highly desirable.
Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with email, spreadsheets, and order systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A flexible and reliable team player who is willing to assist wherever needed.
Experience in a technical sales, trade counter, or parts environment is a bonus.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical services, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
A forklift license or warehouse experience is a plus.
Details:
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £40,000 per year DOE.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends) sited based.
