Salesforce Consultant
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits package (negotiable based on experience)

We're working with Boutique Platinum Salesforce Partner, specialising in non-profit & public sector solutions, who are rapidly expanding both their Project and Managed Services teams to support ongoing delivery and improvement of a platform built on Salesforce.
Overview
As the Salesforce Consultant, you'll act as a trusted internal partner to stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring Salesforce is configured, maintained and continuously improved to meet operational and reporting needs.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into scalable solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
Translate pre‑purchased hours into a clear, strategic roadmap clients can depend on
Deliver Salesforce enhancements that create measurable business value and ROI
Build long‑term client relationships grounded in credibility, expertise, and impact
Identify opportunities for customers to grow and maximise their Salesforce investment
Collaborate with Tech Leads, Developers, Service Designers and Solution Consultants
Lead and support Salesforce implementations from discovery through to delivery
Gather requirements and design fit‑for‑purpose Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals
Configure and customise Salesforce using best‑practice, scalable approaches
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption
Provide ongoing enhancements, optimisation and post‑implementation support
Experience
A confident Salesforce consultant with strong nonprofit experience, with grant‑making knowledge as a bonus
Skilled at asking the right questions, shaping solutions and explaining options clearly
Experienced in building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
Commercially aware and comfortable identifying new opportunities for added value
A natural problem‑solver with excellent attention to detail
A collaborative team player who supports and elevates those around them
