We're recruiting for an Electrical Project Engineer to support major new-build water treatment works across Surrey and Slough. This role sits within a Tier 1 contractor delivering large-scale clean water infrastructure projects.
Role Overview
Support electrical engineering delivery on new-build water treatment schemes
Assist with design reviews, technical submissions, and compliance checks
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor installation quality
Ensure all electrical works meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and client representatives
Requirements
Essential: Previous experience on new-build water treatment works
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major utilities frameworks
Relevant electrical engineering qualifications (Degree/HNC/HND)
Strong understanding of electrical systems used in water treatment environments
Good communication skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
