Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Castle Dairies – Caerphilly
Department: Warehouse
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)
Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in warehouse operations? Castle Dairies is looking for a Team Leader to join our Warehouse team in Caerphilly. If you have excellent leadership skills, a commitment to safety and quality, and hold a valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce the correct use of PPE.
* Monitor and drive performance to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and audit standards.
* Oversee product handling, storage, and movement to prevent damage and maintain quality.
* Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts as needed to support warehouse operations.
* Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and workplace safety.

* Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licence.

* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Desirable Qualifications :
* IOSH Qualification
* HACCP Level 3
* ILM Qualification
