Alongside driving service, you’ll be responsible for the commercial performance of a luxury product category. You will also assume responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.

The company looks to make each of its stores a great place to work, demonstrated by the fun and unique culture the company has. The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £33,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to £5,000 per year. There is a generous bonus scheme and the opportunity to work less weekends over the course of the month.
