The Role As an integral part of the Finance Department you'll support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial processes across the board. Key Responsibilities Preparation and support with monthly management accounts Processing supplier payments, invoices, and expense claims Handling VAT returns and ensuring HMRC compliance Managing CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) submissions and subcontractor verification Maintaining accurate ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records Assisting with cashflow monitoring and forecasting Managing credit control and debtor reporting Coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting and projects Ensuring financial processes meet internal standards and industry regulations Benefits This company genuinely looks after its people.
