You'll also provide key administrative support to the Facilities Manager while helping to maintain efficient operations across multiple sites.What you'll do:Operate the helpdesk in a professional and efficient mannerAct as a key point of communication between departmentsAccurately log calls, including details of issues and severityEscalate potential or developing issues to the Facilities ManagerRespond promptly to requests in line with service level agreementsMaintain high levels of accuracy when inputting and managing dataDeliver excellent customer service with a professional telephone mannerSchedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM), remedial, and reactive workManage and escalate planned and reactive maintenance tasksRaise purchase orders and track outstanding work ordersProduce reports, including weekly trading reports (E-ProphIT)Collate month-end documentation and generate reportsAttend training sessions and adapt to updated processes and proceduresRemain flexible and adaptable to changing business needsWhat You'll Bring:Essential:Experience in a facilities management helpdesk or call centre environmentStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and suppliersExperience using helpdesk systems or similar platformsStrong IT knowledge (networks, shared drives, reporting tools)Good keyboard and data entry skillsA customer-focused mindsetAbility to work collaboratively and deliver resultsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and developDesirable:Knowledge of computer databases and their applicationsExperience working with KPIs and performance metricsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office applicationsWhat We Offer:Working with Sodexo is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
