Join us as a Registered Veterinary Nurse with IVC Evidensia UK at the Walton Lodge Veterinary Group, Hoddesdon. This full‑time role offers a collaborative environment where your clinical nursing skills are valued and make a real difference in patient care.
Role Details
As an RVN at Walton Lodge, you’ll handle a wide range of clinical nursing duties, including theatre, radiography, ultrasound, patient care, nurse clinics, and assistance with complex cases when required. You’ll be encouraged to use your skills to their full potential while supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Work Schedule
* Full‑time, 40 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days
* Inclusion in the Saturday rota (1 in 9 shifts, 9 am–2 pm at Ware Hospital, with TOIL)
* No out‑of‑hours requirement
About The Practice
Walton Lodge Veterinary Group Ltd was founded in 2000 and now operates six surgeries across Bengeo, Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Hoddesdon, Stevenage, and Ware. Our RCVS‑accredited small‑animal practice features fully equipped laboratories, theatres, radiography, and ultrasound facilities. We provide high‑standard imaging and anaesthetic monitoring equipment, and we support clinicians with complex case management through collaboration with our hospital partners.
Qualifications
* Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent all‑round nursing skills
* Strong passion for animal care and commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative team member
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, both with clients and within the team
