Infrastructure Manager – London Depots (Selhurst)

At GTR, our Engineering teams keep millions of passengers moving every day. Our depots are at the heart of this operation, and were looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, maintenance and development of infrastructure, facilities and plant at our Selhurst Depot .
This is a key leadership role where youll ensure depot infrastructure is safe, compliant and performing at its best—supporting reliable fleet operations across one of the UKs largest train operators.
What Youll Do
* Lead day-to-day infrastructure and facilities operations across the depot
* Manage Team Leaders, infrastructure teams and specialist contractors
* Ensure full compliance with legislation, safety standards and company policies
* Deliver infrastructure maintenance plans through the Infrastructure Asset Maintenance system
* Identify, procure and manage third-party maintenance contracts
* Work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to support safe and efficient depot performance
What Youll Bring
* Chartered status in a relevant discipline (Building, Facilities Management or similar)
* Rail industry experience
* Minimum 5 years experience within infrastructure, maintenance or facilities management
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
* Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
* A strong safety-first mindset (formal safety qualification desirable)
