What Youll Be Doing
Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
Delivering our burger & wings menu to spec, fast, fresh and consistent
Owning kitchen standards, organisation and compliance
Driving performance, GP, prep, waste & safety
Building a positive culture based on respect and development
Working closely with your site management team to smash targets
About You
As Kitchen manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and you lead from the front.
Youll bring: Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level)
A passion for consistency, quality and coaching your team
Strong knowledge of food safety & kitchen compliance
A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A mindset that wants to improve, drive standards and deliver exceptional service
