Private medical & dental | Two sites | 1 direct report (Liverpool – flexible)
I’m supporting a Private Equity‑backed, fast‑paced organisation operating across supply chain and logistics to appoint a People & Culture Business Partner at a genuinely strategic point in their growth journey. The HR function is highly credible, well‑regarded and genuinely collaborative—this isn’t a lonely BP role; you’d be joining a team that works well together and has meaningful influence across the business.
This is a position with breadth, pace and tangible impact, partnering with operational leaders across two UK sites.
Where you’ll add value
You’ll be the primary People & Culture partner for site, operations, logistics and supply‑chain leadership—shaping and delivering a people plan that supports performance, safety, culture and capability through a highly seasonal operational model.
The work you’ll lead
* Workforce planning, succession, capability development and org design across shift‑based teams.
* ER case management with an emphasis on fairness, timeliness and quality of outcome.
* Culture‑shaping initiatives, leadership coaching and engagement work aligned to operational realities.
* Development programmes including skills matrices, leadership capability and talent processes.
* People elements of operational change—automation, shift restructuring, productivity programmes.
* Using people analytics to guide decisions around absence, productivity, retention and seasonal demand.
What you’ll bring
Strong generalist experience with credible partnering across operations, supply chain or manufacturing environments. You’ll be comfortable working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with operational leaders and influencing decisions at speed. CIPD is useful but not essential.
Why this role stands out
* A true 4‑day working week, offering balance without compromising scope or seniority.
* Competitive package including 10% bonus, car allowance/company car, medical and dental.
* A first‑rate HR team—supportive, capable and well‑embedded in the business.
* A Private Equity‑backed environment, creating both pace and opportunity.
* A role with genuine visibility, autonomy and the ability to shape operational culture and performance.
