Are you a patient and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in a child’s education? Protocol Education is seeking 1:1 Support Assistants to work with pupils in Banstead schools who need tailored guidance to help them thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum
* Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence building
* Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to put effective learning plans in place
What we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs (school or community settings welcome)
* A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commitment to helping pupils achieve their full potential
