Our client, a leading biotechnology organisation is of a QA Officer for their new site, responsible for their ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QMS. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a continuously expanding business at the forefront of biotechnological innovation, The role: As a QA specialist you will play a key role in ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards whilst maintaining and providing continuous improvement to quality management Specifics of the role include: Generation, review and update SOPs Compile risk assessments Manage and update Quality documentation systems including archiving/ document control Support audits Assist management during regulatory inspection Address customer queries and product investigations Managing customer complaints efficiently ensuring effective outcomes Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement in product and service quality Contribute to Quality improvement initiatives Maintain an auditable training record Maintain the quality documentation system Support the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the QMS, including but not limited to: Risk Assessments Change Controls CAPAs Deviations Complaints Recalls What we're looking for Manufacturing experience required (open to industries) Strong understanding in ISO 9001/ISO 14001 standards in a quality related role CAPA, deviation, internal audit preparation and complaint handling (highly desirable) Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications The ideal Applicant will have experience in H&S/ managing H&S practices onsite Excellent communication skills, with ability to produce clear written reports and engage effectively with colleagues and customers Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
