Senior Night Carer - Care Home
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY3 8PP
Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12 hour shifts)
Pay: £14.81 per hour
The Role
As a Senior Care Assistant you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will:
* Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager
* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and reviews
* Ensure residents’ dignity, preferences, and wellbeing are always respected
* Help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents and colleagues
Essential Criteria
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to personalised care
* Strong teamwork and leadership skills
