The Role
As a Product Owner, you will ensure effective fraud detection and prevention capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement screening, identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain customer trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate vision and strategy for defend and protect capabilities.
* Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
* Translate product ideas into actionable user stories and oversee the product lifecycle.
* Focus on providing a seamless customer experience and drive engagement.
* Leverage data for informed decision-making and provide regular performance reports.
* Monitor industry trends and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Engage with partners and act as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications and Skills
* 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Manager in fintech, with a focus on defend and protect capabilities.
* Strong communication, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, payment solutions, and fraud detection tools.
* Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
