We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our SAP and Finance Consulting practice to the next level. Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team.
What your days will look like:
1. Designing, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
2. Leading solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders
3. Developing project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
4. Translating client’s requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions
5. Resolving key design decisions focusing on best practice, ‘adopt not adapt’ solutions
6. Helping to mobilize the team and set-up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for delivery team to succeed
7. Being actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
This role is for you if:
8. You have deep technical expertise in more than one SAP Finance module e.g. Core Finance, Controlling, FSCM, PS, ICMR and Group Reporting
9. You have led the solution strategy and design for multiple end-to-end large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations
10. You have demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscape
11. You have knowledge of SAP’s latest capabilities and innovations in Finance and broader AI capabilities
12. You understand clients’ strategies and requirements, takes responsibility in building complex, scalable and robust solutions, can explain this in simple language to a senior client stakeholder and willing to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible
13. You have knowledge of best practice design and clean-core architecture principles with an advisory focus
14. You have a proven track record of excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client
15. Pre-sales experience, including running client demos and delivering discovery phases
16. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
17. You have worked on RFPs, had an active role in shaping the Finance part of the response and participated in pitch orals
