We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to take our SAP and Finance Consulting practice to the next level. Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team.
You will be responsible for:
1. Designing, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
2. Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders
3. Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
4. Translating client’s requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions
5. Resolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, ‘adopt not adapt’ solutions
6. Help to mobilize the team and set-up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for delivery team to succeed
7. Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
8. Train, coach, and supervise team members
This role is for you if:
Experience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector working in one or several of the following sectors
9. Water Utilities,, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable Energy
10. You have done a minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sector
11. Deep technical expertise in one or more core SAP modules e.g. Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Sales, Service, and Asset management (EAM)
12. Has led the solution strategy and design for multiple end to end S/4 HANA implementations
13. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscape
14. Passionate about understanding client’s strategy and requirements, takes pride in building complex, scalable and robust solutions, can explain this in simple language to a senior client stakeholder and willing to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible
15. Knowledge of best practice design and architecture principles with an advisory focus
16. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building both internally and with the client
17. Pre-sales experience
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
19. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
