A respected and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its successful Residential Property team. Job Title: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Leeds
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday–Friday – 37.2 hour week)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
* Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and title reports.
* Advise clients and lenders, ensuring compliance with the UK Finance Handbook.
* Handle exchange of contracts, completions, SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
* Provide excellent client service with regular updates and clear communication.
* Supervise and support junior staff / assistants where required.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer.
* Proven experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
* Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and client care skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
