Duties & Responsibilities
* Pre and post-sales inspection of in-coming and out-going shipments with the storeand delivery team
* Troubleshoot, repair and rectification of appliances – in-house and on-site
* Assist in customer’s support – enquires, recommendations, walk-in
* Update Service Report to Admin and customer’s on appliances under servicing or repairsstatus
* Report on requisition of on-call services and work done to Admin
* Work closely with delivery team on collections and return of repaired sets
* Identify, requisite, cannibalise, purchase – spare parts and accessories
* Requisition for top-up gas, welding sticks and any other items as needed
* Housekeeping and maintenance
* Own a motorbike for out door repair services use
Basic Salary + Mileage Claims + Allowance for vehicle maintenance Package
