This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive clinical excellence, influence service development within the counselling arm of the mental health service, and make a real impact on people’s lives. What You’ll Do Lead clinical performance and provide oversight for our Counsellors Partner with the Clinical Head of Mental Health on governance, quality, and education Drive quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards Deliver clinical sessions one day per week Support clinician development and career pathways Act as a trusted clinical voice and deputy to the Clinical Head of Mental Health What We’re Looking For Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist with a Level 4 recognised Counselling diploma (BACP accredited) Significant post-qualification experience in mental health services Proven leadership and relationship management skills Experience in quality standards, audits, risk management, and handling incidents/complaints Strong communication, influencing, and decision making abilities Why Join Bupa?
