As Area Manager, you’ll bring this to life across your region while coaching and empowering your Store Managers to grow, lead and thrive. What you’ll be doing Leading multiple stores across Brisbane West, keeping close to the action and immersed in your teams Coaching and mentoring Store Managers to confidently navigate operational and people challenges Driving performance, setting clear objectives and optimising each store’s results Building leadership capability and commercial confidence across your region Championing customer experience, strong team culture and continuous improvement Contributing as part of our Senior Operations Management Team This is a hands-on, people-first role. You’ll use the store environment as your base, staying connected to your teams and leading from within.
