Contract Supervisor
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Working hours: 40 hours per week, between 07:00 & 17:00 Monday to Friday
Manpower are looking for an experienced and dedicated Contract Supervisor to join our Clients team in Northampton, supervising grounds maintenance works on a number of local school contracts. The Contract Supervisor will work alongside and coordinate the experienced team of 12, managing and ensuring the high-quality upkeep of green spaces, landscaped lawns, hedges, trees and outdoor spaces. They will also ensure all related tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest horticultural standards. Previous experience in the Grounds Maintenance industry, at Supervisor level or equivalent, with a proven track record in horticulture and leading teams.
* Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
* A valid DBS, dated within the last 6 months (enhanced preferable).
