Join our Housing Investment and Asset Management team and take the lead on water safety and legionella compliance across a diverse portfolio of 350+ buildings and 1,000+ sites.
What you’ll do
* Drive proactive risk management and compliance strategies
* Act as the Responsible Person and subject matter expert for water systems
* Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient solutions
* Help shape a positive safety culture across the city
We’re looking for someone with
* Strong compliance and contractor management experience.
* Knowledge of health & safety legislation and water systems.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Work on a large and varied portfolio of properties—from High Rise Blocks to Senior Schemes.
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
