3D Personnel are currently looking for a Logistics Manager for a construction project in Southampton.
The day-to-day duties will consist of:
* Manage logistics operations on a large-scale residential development of 2,500+ homes
* Oversee daily coordination of materials, deliveries, and site movements
* Ensure smooth workflow across all phases of construction
* Coordinate delivery schedules to support multiple work areas across the site
* Manage site access, traffic flow, and delivery routes to avoid congestion
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site management teams
* Monitor and control material storage and distribution on site
* Maintain health & safety standards in all logistics operations
* Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical challenges impacting progress
* Keep records of deliveries, stock levels, and site logistics activity
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification
* First Aid at Work (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in construction site logistics (ideally large-scale residential)
