* Qualified Hairdressers (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
* Experienced in managing their own column (1+ year)
* Confident in colouring, cutting, and styling
* Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
* Positive, motivated, and keen to develop their skills with access to FREE training at the RUSH Academy
