Role Summary We're looking for a Senior Spatial Designer with experience in 2D and 3D spatial design who thrives on conceptual thinking, hands-on craft and innovation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of spatial design within Pixel Artworks to craft world-class immersive experiences for some of the world's biggest brands. As a key member of our Creative team, you'll be an expert in your field, a mentor, and a hands-on creator. You'll work closely with our talented Creative Directors, 3D artists and technical teams to transform ambitious visions into realities, leading spatial across projects from initial concept to final delivery. What You'll Do: Lead spatial design from initial sketch to final delivery across immersive projects Rapid concepting for pre-sales through to detailed design phases Develop 2D floor plans & 3D environments blending physical digital elements Mentor 3D artists and guide cross-functional creative teams Bridge creative vision with technical production requirements Present concepts confidently to global brand clients Pioneer AI-enhanced workflows and emerging spatial technologies What You'll Bring: Extensive spatial design experience in immersive/live entertainment environments Strong traditional drawing skills modern 3D visualisation capabilities Client-facing confidence with mentoring/leadership experience Tech-savvy approach - understanding of AV, lighting, projection integration Experience with AI workflow integration Essential Tools: 3DS Max - Vectorworks - AutoCAD - SketchUp - Adobe Creative Suite - AI design tools Nice to Have: Unreal Engine - Unity - Real-time rendering experience Check out the full job description on our careers page: https://www.pixelartworks.com/careers/ Interview Process: w/c 10th Nov: Initial call with the People team w/c 17th Nov: Portfolio review with Senior Creative Director & Head of Technical Production w/c 24th Nov: Final stage with Senior Leadership pre-prepared task TBD: 3rd stage (if required)
