Head of PayPoint Network
Location: Any PayPoint office (Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire or Liverpool) (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
Reporting to: Customer Experience Director
PayPoint’s retailer network is central to how customers access essential services every day. As Head of PayPoint Network, you’ll take senior ownership of the strategy, quality, and performance of our national network across independent and multiple retailers.
You’ll ensure we have the right retailers, in the right locations, delivering a great customer experience, while shaping the network for future growth in payments, parcels, and digital services.
What you’ll do
* Lead the end‑to‑end network strategy using data‑driven planning
* Set clear standards for retailer selection, performance, and governance
* Build strong relationships with major retail partners and independents
* Track and improve network health, coverage, and commercial impact
* Lead a high‑performing team and work cross‑functionally across the business
