This is an 18-month fixed-term HR Apprenticeship within the Business Services department, supporting the HR and Recruitment Advisor with the day-to-day delivery of HR services. You will be the first point of contact for many HR queries via the HR helpdesk, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will also support recruitment activity, onboarding processes, and the maintenance of accurate HR records. This role offers broad exposure to HR operations including recruitment, compliance, employee records, and HR systems, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources. The role is hybrid, based between Exeter, home working, and other sites as required, and includes one day per week for apprenticeship study. Prospects On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar roles within the organisation.
