What you will do:
* Conduct assessments for children and families to determine their needs and develop tailored support plans
* Support cases involved with Child In Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceeding, and Private Law matters
* Collaborate with team members and other professionals to continually improve service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet statutory expectations
* Engage with families and professionals to foster effective partnerships and secure positive outcomes
* Attend and contribute to meetings, reviews, and court proceedings
