Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Job Allocator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance requests received via our CRM system. Our brand new CRM utilises AI to cut down on manual tasks and auto allocate jobs into each trade-person's diary and links directly with our clients to reduce manual updates.
* Day to day processing of maintenance jobs and allocating to trades' diaries
* Speaking with property managers and tenants to arrange access
* Creating and processing quotes and invoices
* Managing cash flow and following up on unpaid invoices
* Managing supplier accounts
* Creating and maintaining relationships with sub contractors where required
* General admin and office tasks
What we're looking for:
* 2 + years' experience in an administrative role involving job scheduling
* Confident user of CRM software
* Good grasp of bookkeeping principles
* Strong Excel skills – pivots, lookups, basic formulas
* Meticulous attention to detail and an innate sense of urgency
* Clear, friendly phone manner and excellent written English
* Right to work in the UK
Nice-to-haves:
* Exposure to the property-maintenance, FM or construction sectors
* Knowledge of CIS deductions and subcontractor onboarding
