About the Role
Howden is actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team.
In this role you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to the MD/CEO of large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
• Build rapport with new and existing clients.
• Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information to support quoting.
• Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
• Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution and facilitate informed analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
• Willingness to learn; every day will be different.
• Ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems.
