CNC Turner – Weekend Shift Location: Near Warwick Shifts: Friday–Sunday (3 x 12‑hour shifts, 36 hrs/week) Salary: £43,700–£47,300 (inclusive of shift premium) A leading performance engineering and precision manufacturing business is expanding its CNC team and is looking for an experienced CNC Turner for its weekend shift operation. This is not high‑volume, button‑press work. You’ll be machining complex, high‑precision components for demanding sectors (e.g. niche aerospace, motorsport, performance products) where tolerances are tight and quality is critical. Batch sizes are typically 1–20 off, with multiple tool changes per run and a real focus on craftsmanship.
