Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will focus on customer needs, learn about our products, and ensure they have a memorable shopping experience.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, wishing them a fond farewell.
2. Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and new stock setup on the shop floor.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor and back of house.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
8. Follow all company policies and GDPR procedures.

Experience
* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills.
