What is the role?
We're looking for someone with wholesale & On Trade account management experience, as well as QSR and convenience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales or customer service to build our On Trade business. Responsibilities include communicating with current customers, finding and contacting new customers, booking online meetings, organizing sample sendouts, convincing accounts to list our products, organizing and running sampling sessions, and following up afterwards.
You will also handle desk work, such as filling in listing forms, maintaining notes about customers on our CRM system, and analyzing sales figures. The role requires the ability to organize your own travel around the country and occasionally in London (all reimbursed). You will support our team at trade shows, sampling events, and buyer/catering manager meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow our current distribution base
* Support our customers with their needs, including sampling sessions, POS materials, and product information
* Encourage sites to grow their sales, either with current products or by listing additional ones
Drive new business
* Identify, pitch, and win new customers across Wholesale & On Trade
* Support will be provided, but you should have the ambition to independently grow the business
Manage your time and tasks
* Balance in-person sampling sessions and email communications effectively
