Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring a welcoming and inviting environment.
* Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
* Prepare and sort donations for sale on the shop floor.
* Recruit, maintain and manage a bank of skilled volunteers.
* Establish links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps and community members for donations, skills and volunteer training.
* Administer manual handling duties where required.

Additional Requirements
All Shop Managers must complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
