The Role
As an IVA Insolvency Practitioner, you will take responsibility for managing a high-volume caseload of IVA appointments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the named Insolvency Practitioner on a portfolio of IVA cases
* Oversee the full lifecycle of IVA cases, from proposal through to closure
* Ensure all cases are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
* Provide technical guidance and support to case administrators and support staff
* Review and sign off key documentation, including proposals and reports
* Liaise with creditors, clients, and other stakeholders where required
* Monitor team performance and assist in driving operational efficiency
Requirements
* Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential)
* Strong experience within the volume IVA market
* Proven ability to manage and oversee a high-volume caseload
* Excellent knowledge of insolvency legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially aware with a focus on delivering results
